Throughout 25 years of experience in the infrastructure design and construction field, Amr was involved with International Companies Such as: Parsons, GHD, AECOM, EMAAR, MIDMAC, Yuksel, Vinci, Archirodon Group & the USD AID program. During the course of his latest position, he led the infrastructure team in Emaar Egypt in two major development UTC & Mivida (each 1000 feddan). His objective was to raise the level of service & the quality of all infrastructure networks of EMAAR projects in Egypt to international and gulf standards thus allowing target clients to feel the huge difference between the quality inside & outside EMAAR developments. This was achieved by the efforts of All contractors (AL shaffar ASGC, ROWAD, SIAC, Orascom, Redcon, CRC Dorra…etc, supervision consultants ABCG, ACE, E-HAF, RMC ….etc & PM - TIME ) by the adoption of designs, specs and construction methods that were intended to reduce the cost to suit the Egyptian market needs, without losing the international flavor. This required performing very high standards of value engineering.
