Blumar El Sokhna is a premium coastal resort project strategically located on the Red Sea Coast, along the Sokhna–Suez corridor. The development integrates luxury residential units, landscaped green spaces, swimming pools, recreational facilities, commercial zones, and sports amenities.

ADAA Integrated provides comprehensive infrastructure solutions, ensuring efficient utility integration, sustainable design, and seamless operation across the resort. This includes all civil, architectural, and electrical systems delivered across multiple phases, including Stage 4.
