• Shop drawing & Value engineering for all infra works.
• installation &supply for all wet utility’s networks.

PROJECT FACTS:
Civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical works for the Beko Egypt plant, which is located on an area of 114,000 square meters, with a total
construction area of 56,000 square meters, including the main production area, administrative buildings, and a number of other
different structures, and the project is scheduled to be completed within 10 months. The plant has been designed to be environmentally friendly
and support the element of sustainability, targeting the Gold Class "Leadership in Energy Conservation and Environmentally Friendly Design"
(LEED) certification in waste management technology, recycling, water saving and clean electrical production, where the plant will run on
renewable energy and raise the slogan "Zero Waste", in line with the global approach of both Pico and Archelik Global for sustainable growth
and advanced manufacturing technology.
