•Civil, Architecture for swimming bools.
•Electromechanical Works (Core and shell).

PROJECT FACTS: 
•Project components: 9 separate villas, the land area is 520 m2
And the building area is 405 m2 (on two floors + part of the roof) 31 villas
(townhouses) the land area is 202 m 2 and the building area is 275m2
(on two floors + part of the roof) 64 chalets 117 m2 -122 m2 - 130 m2 - 141 m2 - 153 m2
72 apartments 187 m2 - 219 m2. 

•ADAA Scope is to build two swimming bools. with all civil works & MEP works.
And finishing and maintenance works until the final delivery to the customer.
